Returns
Ava's Violet is happy to accept returns or exchanges of any unworn clothing item(s) or handbag/backpack that is not customized for store credit. All jewelry is final sale. All sale items are final sale.  All customized items are final sale.
To be eligible for return for store credit, the clothing item or handbag/backpack must be in the same condition in which you received it (e.g., must show no visible stain, wear, perfume and/or smoke smell, or defect). Tags must be intact. Returns are eligible for store credit ONLY and must be made within 20 days of the purchase date.  The post mark date must be within this time frame or your return cannot be accepted. After that period, no orders will be eligible for return or exchange. Send the item to Ava's Violet, LLC, 2531 Crews Lake Hills Lp S, Lakeland, Florida 33813.
Please inform us within 3 days of receiving defective merchandise, or if there is any error with your order, and we will be happy to make it right. Items that you received damaged or incorrect are the only items that qualify for a return label from us. For any incorrect or defective merchandise, please email a photo to avasviolet@gmail.com within 3 days of receipt. Â
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Â
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items that are not customized may be returned for store credit. All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged, or have been incorrectly personalized. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at avasviolet@gmail.com.Â
Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a store credit, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your store credit.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
