Fancy Like Black Velvet Dot Sleeves

Dress this beauty up or down!  She is v-neck and so soft and stretchy.  The sleeves are velvet dots and have an elastic about halfway down the sleeve for a bloused look. Size down 1 size!  

Danielle is a 36C and typically wears a medium, but wearing a small in this top.
